# speedrun-ultra > Eligibility layer for the a16z speedrun talent board (speedrun-talent-network.com). For every engineering and product role it extracts, from the job description text and with verbatim quotes, the fields the board doesn't have: which countries/regions you can work from, visa sponsorship, relocation help, citizenship/clearance/ITAR requirements, min/max years, timezone and onsite days, pay. It then checks them against a candidate profile and returns eligible / not_eligible / unclear. Data comes from the board's public API, attributed with source=speedrun-ultra. Results always link to the board's canonical job url. Candidate profiles are passed per request and never stored. ## Use from an agent - [SKILL.md](https://speedrun-ultra.awesamarth.dev/SKILL.md): when to use it, what verdicts mean, and the rules (ask, don't assume; unclear ≠ eligible; show quotes + links; never apply on the user's behalf) - MCP server: https://speedrun-ultra.awesamarth.dev/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless, no auth). Tools: find_eligible_jobs, check_job, index_stats - [Full docs (markdown)](https://speedrun-ultra.awesamarth.dev/docs.md) ## JSON API - [GET /api/jobs](https://speedrun-ultra.awesamarth.dev/api/jobs?country=IN&years=3&show=remote): search by profile. Params: country (required), authorized_in, open_to_relocation, years, citizen_of, show (remote|office|both), min_salary (annual USD), include_no_salary, function (engineering|product), q, include_unclear, page, limit (≤50) - [GET /api/jobs/{id}](https://speedrun-ultra.awesamarth.dev/api/jobs/815547bf?country=IN&years=3): one job, every field with quotes. Takes an id, an 8-char prefix, or the url-encoded speedrun job url. Optional profile params add a verdict. - [GET /api/stats](https://speedrun-ultra.awesamarth.dev/api/stats?country=IN): index size, remote roles open to a country, visa counts, data-health counts
